the so-called 'natural hot springs' are not very accessible and the location is totally exposed to the wind, which is just grewt. Also, charging extra for the pool after your hefty stay fee? Ridiculous! I woudl ve been pleased with just a complimentary tea kettle, but I guess I expected too much. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The communal spaces, while cozy, felt overwhelming, especially during peak dining times.
